Lorrayne Lainchbury Head of Sixth FormAt Brighton Girls Sixth Form our students learn without limits. As specialists in girls’ education, we tailor our Sixth Form tutoring to the way you learn best, and instil in you the conviction that there’s no limit to what you can achieve.
Academic
Our bespoke curriculum and small class sizes (average is 5) means each of our Sixth Form has a tailored study programme of A levels, EPQ and an Enrichment Programme.

Beyond the classroom
Leadership is a key focus of our Sixth Form Programme with opportunities to develop leadership skills including mentoring younger pupils, the national Young Enterprise Scheme, and social enterprise. There are also an amazing array of educational trips both abroad and in this country.
University & beyond
Whilst most of our Sixth Formers go straight to University, some opt for a Gap Year or enter the workplace. Whatever you decide we will support you every step of the way.
Well-being
Our Sixth Formers’ health and happiness is our priority, and a supportive and positive atmosphere is key to this. Small class sizes offer you guidance at every step, including 1:1 tutoring and exam preparation to help you achieve your goals. Our Sixth Form tutors are expert at working with students at this level.
Sixth Form Bright Futures Taster Day
Join us for our Bright Futures taster event on 13th and 14th June where prospective students will experience an insight into Sixth Form life at Brighton Girls.
