Last week Brighton Girls hosted Brighton Chamber’s Big Debate on whether a four day week could work for Brighton businesses. Our sixth formers worked with the Chamber to meet and greet attendees and panellists. They were interested to hear about the improvements to staff wellbeing from Charlotte Rae of The University of Sussex who is researching the impact of the fours day week across the world and from local businesses who have trialled a four day week in their own companies. What a great opportunity to unite our students with local entrepreneurs and business owners!
