Food
I love French food; it’s delicious. A great example is steak hache: it’s basically an oval patty of minced meat with seasoning and pomme frites! Oragiana is a brilliant fizzy orange juice (yes it’s basically Fanta) that is served in every French restaurant and is perfect for every occasion!
Tourist attractions
France is filled with brilliant tourist attractions, museums, monuments, castles and tiny villages. If you’re into history then some of the WW2 and WW1 museums and monuments might be for you.
Dotted across the north of France and the Somme, the memorials are mainly on battle sites. The Canadian memorial for the battle of Vimy Ridge is stunning. The memorial is for Canadian soldiers and veterans of WW1. Across the battle site, there is a memorial museum and model German trenches. If history isn’t your thing, France has a wide variety of shops and boutiques including the Jelly Cat Patisserie! The patisserie features food themed jelly cats and rare ones only for sale in the Paris shop.
