Sixth formers Eva and Rani were awarded GDST Somerville and Gurney writing awards. They were placed 1st and 3rd respectively in the National competition this summer. They were required to write an exam paper last term and were judged against
entries from all other GDST schools. Eva’s essay ‘Is Gen Z a thing?’ has been
published in the GDST Sixth Sense magazine. Their papers were shortlisted by
Vicky Tuck, a member of the GDST Council, who described their work as thought-provoking and very interesting reads. Well done girls!
