The year 7 girls at Brighton and Hove High School got creepy and creative this week as they carved their very own pumpkin lantern and made sure it was ready for the pumpkin parade. The workshop was run by the BHHS Philosophy and RE Department on the last day of half-term. Whereas Hallowe’en is a secular festival it comes on the Eve of All Saints’ Day , a Christian festival which remembers the souls of all the dead.
