Our Fitness Gym is on the ground floor of the Sports Centre building and is fitted with modern Technogym equipment.

It operates as a private members’ gym out of school hours and is just a short walk from the Station. There’s also free on-site parking for members, subject to space, and bike racks are available. The gym is open to the public from 5pm to 10pm on weekdays, 9am to 3pm on Saturdays and 9am to 4pm on Sundays. Please note the gym is closed on Bank Holidays.


Memberships prices:

Single membership £25.00 per month
Joint membership £39.50 per month
Single membership for Brighton Girls’ parents£19.75 per month


An induction session must be booked on joining, for a one-off cost of £15.

Our aim is to encourage LGBT people to play sport. It’s as simple as that. Members come in all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities, and participate in sports as diverse as badminton, tennis, squash, golf, table tennis, running, tenpin bowling, football and cycling.
